We appreciate so many of our friends' kind words...

Faith and Gail, I wanted to write you to let you know how much I appreciate your kindness, compassion and professional service when Misha passed. It means so much to me to know there are people like you who care so much about our animal companions. The quote, “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated” is one of my favorite quotes. When I think of the dignity and care you treated Misha with, it reminds me of this quote. I am glad I made the choice to get her ashes; it has helped in my process of her passing. Thank you both again, it means more than you know.
Jill I.

Dear Faith, words cannot express our gratitude
to you, Dennis, and Hope, as well as Chance, for taking such good care of our Sam, as well as Bess and me. Your kindness and compassion made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to bear. We cannot tell you how comforting it was to know our sweet Sam was in such good and loving hands, and the fact that you made it possible for us to bring our Sam home immediately was so up lifting yesterday. All three of you are true angels on Earth. Our family was truly blessed to have you look after our baby.
Fondly, Deborah, Bess, & Bill Dobbs

Thank you so much
for the beautiful work you did with Bo. I couldn't be more pleased. His box is gorgeous. And how thoughtful of you to save some of my Bo's hair for me. Gail will tell you I cried when I saw it. You did a wonderful job.
Thanks again,
Tammy St. Clair

I really do not even know where to begin in thanking you because you helped me through one of the hardest times in my life...Your special touch really helped me through this process and I can't thank you all enough for everything. I was SO HAPPY to get "J" back the very next day along with his footprint and a lock of his hair. Just two months ago, my vet sent my "Baby Girl" to a different cremation facility  and it took over two weeks to get her back...I was in so much agony just waiting. Thank you ALL again and again from the bottom of my heart. You are wonderful, compassionate and loving people and the Good Lord has a special place in Heaven for each of you.

Thank you all for your kindness in my terrible time of grief. One evening in early March, I found KittyBoy had passed on to The Rainbow Bridge. My heart was ripped apart. So young, gone too soon. I am so grateful to Faith and Gail at Faithful Friends. They are kind, compassionate people and I appreciate them so much because they know what love exists between us and our pets. I'm also thankful that I had the opportunity to meet the wonderful Chance. He soothes my soul.

I called Faithful Friends
after doing some research on the internet for a local crematory. Some of the others I checked into seemed very high in price. I could not believe Dennis would drive out to Lawrenceville from Covington on a Sunday to help me and be so reasonably priced too! He was very comforting and understanding knowing this is a difficult time. He was here within a few hours of my call. I had no idea I would get that kind of service on the weekend especially on a Sunday! I really appreciate you all being there for me during this time and showing me the compassion I would hope for during a sad time like this. I was very impressed and thank you so much. I am hoping Gizmo lives many more years so I do not have to call you anytime soon but I know you took good care of his sister, Kita and we are all very grateful.
Thank you! Love, Alison

Thank you Faith and Gail,
for your support in the loss of my precious Zachery kitty. I appreciate you meeting us at the veterinarian’s office and staying with us throughout the whole process. You provided much needed support as Zachery received his injection and peacefully left his tired body. You understood the special bond between a pet and a person and the great sadness in their loss.  Your kind words and concern for both me and Zachery were appreciated. I was confident that you would treat him with dignity and care. It is comforting to have his remains with me. In the spring I will have a ceremony and spread his ashes outside around the house. As an indoor cat, he longed to go outside. I look forward to freeing him. Thank you again for your help and support during this momentous time.
Ever grateful, Patrice Y.

At one of the most difficult times in my life, I was surrounded by peace and love. That was what Gail did for me when I lost my beloved Scotchie (a 14 year old golden retriever). Only someone that truly understands the relationship between people and their pets could do this.
Thank you, Ingrid
